Neon Fab Studios was brought on at the projects commissioning for the first five months to support SPM Design as their senior project management to execute what would become the largest mural in North America. Designed by artist Kim West, we worked with the artist, energy plant, muralist team and our design client to translate the original canvases to 100,000sf of surface area to five different structures on site.

Our work included full project management, on-boarding tradesmen for its execution, managing multiple large scale contracts from boom lift rentals to power washing and a full safety rescue team, documenting and coordinating the order of thousands of gallons of paint, running on site logistics and overseeing the project budget and schedule.
